THE WANDERERS RETURN

Destiny arrives with a fresh new hairdo as our wanderers return home from their homestay holidays, packed full of adventures and memorable moments. The journey back is not just a physical one but also a metaphorical return to their roots, where they find comfort and familiarity.

The homestay programme is designed to help kids develop and foster strong family bonds granting them the freedom to explore their own identities and roots within the communities they hail from. This empowerment not only instills a sense of belonging but also begins to equip them with the tools to navigate the complexities of the world with confidence and resilience.

Joining the returning wanderers Elle, Ami, and Liam, three orphaned children who we warmly welcome into the Hope family, the dynamics of the household are enriched with new voices and stories. Regualr readers may recall the kids from summer school and this setting provides an opportunity to identify potentially vulnerable children and offer them the support they need.
