POSTCARD FROM KAWONSOR

Delving deeper into heartwarming stories of homestay holidays we find Faith and Leo, currently savoring the tranquility of a countryside escape in Kowonsor. These two young adventurers - enjoying their fourth summer homestay holiday - are capturing precious moments through their holiday snapshots, painting a vivid picture of their journey.

Meanwhile, in Jersey Destiny's captivated by the magic of television - a luxury we don't have at Mama Mayila's Cradle - on her first ever holiday away from home, Destiny also makes time to enjoy a good book and a confy sofa a comfy sofa.


Last year six children dedicated a collective 90 days to nurturing family bonds within the embrace of local communities, strengthening familial ties but also fostering a sense of identity and belonging. Fast forward to the present, and we witness a remarkable growth in our programme, as thirteen kids embark on their own family homestay holidays, creating lasting memories and cherished moments, and highlighting the enduring importance of building connections, sharing experiences and embracing the joy of family adventures.
