Mickey and Gabriel are reunited with Grandma for a summer holiday, as they join our innovative Homestay programme for the first time. Misses Sophie and Sierra and Barney head off to their aunties to enjoy their third summer holiday as the programme helps kids develop and foster strong family bonds, as well as giving the older children a bit of freedom to build their own identity and sense of belonging rooted in the communities they came from.

The team risk assess each family and home to make sure the kids can be supported and are safe on their holidays and families agree to take responsibility and not to apply corporal punishment or have the children selling.

Meanwhile, the remaining kids make their way to Church dressed to the nines and with best Book in hands ready to celebrate with neighbours and friends before returning home to pick up the Good Book for afternoon studies.
