HEADS DOWN FOR EXAM WEEK!

The atmosphere bustles with excitement and anticipation as forty-six local children gather at ten tables to tackle a week of exams as Hope's High Standards free summer school draws to a close. Despite the blustery weather outside, these dedicated students are eager to demonstrate their knowledge and skills acquired throughout the summer program. The exams questions are drawn from last year's curriculum, as well as NPSE and BECE papers, tailored to each grade level. From numeracy for Nursery students to complex math problems for classes 5 through 6, the assessments cover a wide range of topics to challenge and engage the young minds.

Over August, Hope's free summer school has helped local children keep a focus on learning, staying engaged through the summer break, while offering mums and caregivers a well-deserved break. Led by two qualified teachers, and practicing with past national exam papers, we want to prepare the children well for the challenges of the new school year ahead.
