GREAT GRADUATIONS: CLASS OF 24

Beautiful in blue gowns, mortarboards and with pretty sashes the class of 2024 ready themselves for their big day heading off to Abierich Academy for graduation.

Aunty Zainab packs some of her fine jollof rice into takeaway boxes and fizzy pop for the day while little Abe, graduating from nursery and Scout, Gabriel, Sierra and Destiny all graduating primary pose for some snaps for the family album.

The students all arrive and wait patiently before filing in two by two to the first annual graduation event of this new school taking place in John Obey with welcome songs for parents and well-wishers, contributions from the pupils with poems and memory verses and wise words.

The event kicks off with a musical intro to Abierich Academy - give me an A - a hearty good afternoon and some wise words from Faith; alphabets with the Nursery kids - K from Abe for kite , Q from Danny for question and T from Sarah for teacher then onto the eight parts of speech with a beautiful and heavy illustration of adjectives from Faith, verbs from Kye a welcome song for attendees of the graduation and the first outing of the new school song, Abierich school of excellence.

Certificates of Academic Excellence for Destiny, Ollie and Faith and we're so proud to see little Abe graduating nursery with flying colours, while making the move to juniors in the new school year, Misses Destiny and Sierra, Gabe and Scout all graduate primary with beaming smiles!

Gabe has his grandma and grandpa come along to his graduation and the kids pose for some final snaps in their finery for the family album.
