QUADRENNIAL TUG-O-WAR

It’s too soon to say what happens next in the kids’ quadrennial tug-o-war but to us looking straight on Sid and Ali, left and centre look more confident than Kye on the right, where a potential tantrum is surely in the offing and as those who know him well, know he’s known to be inclined that way.

This morning the kids head off to school masked up, just the ticket to exercise their right to learn. Different schools maybe but all eager for the same thing. So some head off for Rising and some for Hamilton. But today they stand together in their different colours striving to pursue the same dream of a more perfect union, where the outcomes for both are better, equal, shared and true.
