Musa's built up quite a sweat and is looking very pleased with his endeavour and rightly so! Musa's splendid strong and sturdy mortar hewn from solid wood looks guarenteed to give the Ladies' year after year of profound pleasure as they pound and pound against Musa's magnificent mortar with their pestles and pound again, expert at squeezing every last drop of creamy butter from mango, cocoa and shea's seed.

Musa's hewn his magnificent, massive mortar from a single solid tree trunk, expertly caressesing the bowl as he turning and carves by hand in much the same way and with much the same tool, as generations of artisan Sierra Leone wood-carvers before.
