TEAM MEET TALKS TRAFFICKING

Mo Bangura

The Hope team's monthly meet received a vital update from Uncle Williams and Aunty Mabinty on their recent Human and Child trafficking training, passing on tips to identify potential victims, where to report suspicions and support available to trafficking survivors.

The team also had a lively discussion about migrating to employment contracts on completion of two years volunteering.

The team were broadly in favour recognizing the benefits of contributing to a pension but raised valid concerns about a diminished stipend, as each employee must contribute 5% of their salary in addition to the Foundation's 10%.
