AN AWFULLY BIG SPORTS DAY!

A glittering array of prizes were to be had at the National School for the Deaf's annual sports day held at Wilkinson Barracks, Hockey Pitch. Miss Katie, pictured in blue, won first prize in "finding the shoe!" With Principal, Mrs Kamara-Cole, providing the commentary, Miss Mercy, Aunty Isata and Uncle Williams were there to see all the action!

THREE HOUSES COMPETE Pupils from Luke, Stuart and Dillsworth Houses all compete for the prizes on offer....

A DAY AT THE RACES! And in a very quick race indeed and with Dillsworth facing certain disqualification for running outside the track Luke House comfortably see off their rivals...

YODA HAS IT BY A WHISKER Sorry, make that yoga, a new competitive event to enter the sporting lexicon and one which renowned for focusing concentration and developing suppleness and flexibility...

FIND THE SHOE! Our very own Miss Katie wins "Find The Shoe" - another sporting event new to the sporting lexicon and one full of demonstrable speed and skill - at Sierra Leone's National Deaf School's annual sports day!

WINNER TAKES IT ALL!

Or in this case, yams it all - little Noah never being happier than when presented with the opportunity to eat!
