Welcome Joy, just 5 and entrusted to us by the Ministry of Welfare, Gender and Children's Affairs. Joy's a very brave little girl as you can see from the pic.

Unfortunately Joy's mum wasn't around when she should have been and poor little Joy drank something from under the kitchen sink not knowing what it was and had to be rushed to hospital.

Little Joy's had an operation but really needs some specialist medical help and is currently being cared for by a qualified nurse in our first fostercare arrangement..
